Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, formerly known as the private bank and trust company, is a Canadian multinational banking and financial services corporation headquartered in Toronto, Ontario which was formed in 1961 through merges of Canadian Bank of Commerce and the other is The Imperial Bank of Canada.
