  • The minimum age to join any course at IIDE is 16 years. There is no maximum age

  • A student’s registration and enrollment for any course at IIDE are a binding agreement to finish the course and to pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student’s agreement to follow IIDE Education Private Limited terms and conditions

  • Fee Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are conditionally refundable and non-transferable. Conditions for the same have been mentioned below with the breakup of the refund amount

  • Institute will cancel the admission of a candidate if the due instalment is not cleared after 30 days of the deadline

  • Late fee payment will attract a penalty of 5% per week on the instalment amount after the due date

  • Refund of any fees to students from the institute will be processed in 30 working days only in case of Post Graduate Programmes

  • Refund is not applicable on Advance Certification Courses (6 months) & (2 months) and on short term certification courses

  • If IIDE is unable to offer you a place on a course, we will refund any fees paid by the student

  • Refund of fees is other cases

  • In case, admission of the student is cancelled on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the University, No Refund of fees is permissible

  • Admission cancelled on grounds of failing the eligibility verification, then no amount will be refunded

  • In any other case which is not covered in these rules, the decision would be taken by the Management

  • Modes of Fee Payment
    All fees are payable in INR and payment can be made as follows:

  • By bank transfer directly to our account. Please note that all bank charges must be paid at source, otherwise the student will be charged on arrival. Please email us a copy of the remittance advice on (admissions@iide.co / accounts@iide.co). Please mention the student’s name and batch details on the remittance

  • By demand draft made out to “IIDE Education Private Limited”

  • By debit cards. There is a supplementary charge of 1% for all payments by debits card

  • The supplementary charges would either be a flat rate or a percentage of the transaction amount. The table below indicates the charges:

  • Batch Transfer Policy

  • If the student wishes to take batch transfer he/she will have to pay below-mentioned batch transfer fees (inclusive of taxes) -

  • Note -

    1. Fees paid for one program cannot be transferred to another program or other student/person
    2. While availing the batch transfer students will have to pay a batch transfer fee and the difference in the tuition fees if any
    3. Students can apply for a batch transfer within 180 days from the date of the orientation of said batch
  • Admission Cancellation Policy

  • Admission of the student will be cancelled by IIDE on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the University. No refund of fees is permissible

  • Admission stands cancelled if a student doesn't report to the institute for more than 30 days and no refund of fees is permissible

  • Admission stands cancelled on grounds of failing the eligibility verification and no refund of fees is permissible

  • Admission stands cancelled if a student fails to pay fees in 30 days after the given deadline date

  • Scholarship Policy

  • For Post Graduate Programme

    1. Eligibility:
      • Students who have scored 75% and above or have CGPA score of minimum 7.5 on 10 in the last appeared exam can apply or equivalent
      • Students who have appeared for any competitive entrance exams and have scored 70% & above can apply (XAT, MAT, CAT, CET, NMAT, IELTS)
    2. Process:
      • Students who want to apply for scholarship, have to mention it to IIDE’s Admission Committee during the personal interview round
      • If student clears IIDE's entrance test, personal interview round and meets the eligibility for scholarship, he/she will be given scholarship task during the personal interview round which he/she will have to complete during a specific time frame and submit
      • After submission of scholarship task, Admissions Committee will review the task and the result for scholarship will be declared within 10 working days
  • For Advance Certification Course

    1. Eligibility:
      • Students who have scored 75% and above or have CGPA score of minimum 7.5 on 10 in the last appeared exam can apply or equivalent
    2. Process:
      • Students who want to apply for scholarship, have to mention it to IIDE’s Admission Committee during the telephonic interview round
      • If the applicant has met the scholarship eligibility criteria, a 3-day project/task will be given to the student. After submission of the project/task student will be called for Personal Interview at IIDE campus within 7 working days
      • After personal interview round, Admissions Committee will review the task/project and the result for scholarship will be declared within 7 working days
  • Note

    • Student residing in Mumbai will have to come at IIDE HQ (Andheri) for their personal/scholarship interview round and student residing out of Mumbai will have to appear for a personal interview via Skype/Hangouts
    • Applications post scholarship deadlines will not be considered in any scenario
    • Scholarship will be granted upto 30% of total tution fee
    • Scholarship is not applicable on School of Digital Marketing - 2 Months (Online/Webinar Course)
  • Placement Policy

  • Placement Process

    1. Student joins the course
    2. Placement Orientation:
      Students will be informed about the entire placement process, attendance criteria, placement guidelines, policies and rules and regulations
    3. Presentation and Soft Skills Training:
      Multiple sessions on Presentation Skills, Soft Skills & Resume making will be conducted during the course curriculum
    4. Career Guidance & Mentoring:
      Career guidance and mentoring sessions will be conducted to provide students with profile insights, types of roles available, student selection process in agencies and companies
    5. One to one Mock Interview Sessions:
      Students are informed on interview etiquettes, negotiation skills and offer types available in the industry
    6. Final Projects:
      Students have to present and submit their final presentations at the end of the course. These final projects include theoretical and practical applications of everything they’ve learned in the entire curriculum
    7. Interviews:
      Interview rounds consist of multiple telephonic interviews & face to face interviews with agencies and brands
    8. Placements:
      Ensuring end to end assistance the students get placed either in a brand or an agency
  • Guidelines & Rules and Regulations

    1. Overview:
      • IIDE shall aim to provide placement assistance for all passing out students. These guidelines are framed to ensure equality and fairness of opportunity to all the students. All students who opt for placement through IIDE shall abide by the guidelines prescribed herein below
      • Any breach of rules specified below by any student, shall be taken up seriously by the IIDE who in turn will view the matter and take action against the student, as it may deem fit
      • The Institution reserves the right of modifying any or all of the below norms and/or stipulating additional norms for placement which, in its judgment and discretion, are likely to benefit the student & the institution, immediately or in the future
      • Placement is an additional perk offered by the institution. Final authority in case of any dispute would be the Placement Committee Head, his/her decision will be final
      • The Placement cell and various other Faculty members only facilitate and provide the guidance to the students in terms of placements
      • The complete responsibility of Placement is on the students, IIDE being only the facilitator. The meaning of facilitation has to be clearly understood here. In all circumstances, it does not imply that IIDE assures Placement to all the students. IIDE provides 100% placement assistance to students. That doesn’t guarantee placement to any student or candidate per say in any form
    2. Eligibility:
      • In order to be eligible for placements, a student must have a minimum of 90% attendance in the entire curriculum. It is mandatory for the students to attend the resume making and soft skills session conducted. Failure to do so may result in debarment from placements
      • Students have to score a minimum of 50 in all of their assignments and pass the final project to be eligible for placements. Also note, the student has to submit the same in the specified deadline mentioned by the institution. Failure to do any of the above will result in debarment from placements
      • Final Project has to be presented and submitted at the given date mentioned by the institute. Failure to do so will result in no assistance for placements
      • To be eligible for a 100% placement assistance from the Institution and receive the final marksheet, it is mandatory for each student to fill out the Placement Form. If a student is not looking for placements, he/she still has to fill the placement form. Failure to do so will result in debarment from placements and non-release of the final marksheet
      • Students‌ ‌are‌ ‌expected‌ ‌to‌ ‌behave‌ ‌professionally‌ ‌with‌ ‌all‌ ‌employees‌ ‌of‌ IIDE.‌ ‌Any‌ ‌misconduct,‌ misbehavior,‌ ‌non-maintenance‌ ‌of‌ ‌decorum‌ ‌would‌ ‌be‌ ‌dealt‌ ‌with‌ ‌seriously‌ ‌and‌ ‌could‌ ‌lead‌ ‌to‌ ‌disqualification‌ ‌from‌ ‌all‌ ‌Placement‌ ‌related‌ ‌assistance‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌Institute‌
      • The student has to make his resume using the template and tools provided by the institute and submit the same in pdf format only. If the resume is not up to par, the student will not be allowed to participate in placements. The resume has to contain genuine information and any student found violating this rule will be disallowed from the placement
      • In due course of the curriculum, students will have multiple sessions which will cover Presentation Skills, Soft Skills & Resume Making. These sessions are mandatory to be attended by the student. Failure to do so will result in debarment from Placements
    3. Guidelines & Rules and Regulations:
      • Students must note that the hiring process takes 30-45 days from the day he/she submits their application to us and informs the placement cell that they are actively looking for placements
      • If a student has opted for placements and later decides to not opt for the same anymore, the student has to inform the placement cell about the same via email. Every time a student changes his placement status, it is mandatory for him/her to update the placement cell about the same
      • If a student is offered a placement, he/she has to take that offer. In cases where the student does not want to take the offer, he will be offered two more chances to appear for interviews. If the student exhausts all three attempts, he has to accept the offer that is already provided. Final decision will be taken by the Placement Cell and the student has to abide by the same
      • A‌ ‌student‌ ‌can‌ ‌apply‌ ‌in‌ ‌as‌ ‌many‌ ‌companies‌ ‌as‌ ‌he/she‌ ‌would‌ ‌like‌ ‌to‌ ‌but‌ ‌at‌ ‌the‌ ‌same‌ ‌time,‌ ‌if‌ ‌selected‌ ‌he/she‌ ‌would‌ ‌have‌ ‌to‌ ‌appear‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌further‌ ‌selection‌ ‌procedure‌ ‌(viz.‌ ‌further interview rounds) ‌adopted‌ ‌by‌ ‌the‌ ‌Company,‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌best‌ ‌of‌ ‌his‌/‌her‌ ‌spirits
      • Once placed, the students should continue with the same Company for a period of minimum six months to give their learning a shape and maintain the healthy relationship between Institute and the Company. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the students must contact and seek necessary advice from the Placement Cell before communicating their decision to the Company
      • If the student fails to qualify after being selected for the final round of interview in 3 (three) companies he/she will not be allowed for any further Placement assistance from the Institute. No request would be entertained in all circumstances
      • It is mandatory for the student to go for the interview in a particular organisation. If post interview the student would not like to opt for the said profile, he can reject the offer provided only if he has two more attempts left
      • All students would be required to be present in the Institute on the placement day in formal attire. Formals would mean blazers/suits/shirt and tie for boys and business Suits/Indian wear for girls
      • It is compulsory for all the students to attend the Pre-Placement Talks (If any)
      • If a student is offered a Pre-Placement Offer, that is a hiring opportunity before the curriculum ends, it is mandatory for the student to inform the same to the Placement Cell
      • Once a student has applied for a particular company after the Pre-Placement talk/ display of Placement notice for the Company it would be assumed that he/she is interested in the Company and hence the excuse of not liking the profile of the Company or the job would not be entertained. All defaulters would be subject to severe penalties as per the decision of the Placements Head
      • If there is any change in CV (mob. No./email id/address) students should immediately Inform the placement cell and share an updated CV
      • Once the student is placed, it is mandatory for the student to notify the institute about the same. Students have to disclose the profile and package offered for the role
      • Post placements, the marketing team will reach out to the student for promotions (Decided by the Placement Cell). If the student has been placed through the institution, the student has to comply with the further activities for the promotions
       

      Note - Mentioned above placement policy is applicable for all the courses at IIDE. However, specific placement policy for the course will be shared with the student on the day of orientation.

  • Attendance

  • We at IIDE take attendance very seriously, attendance for all students has to be a minimum of 90%. We maintain attendance records

  • We expect every student to be on time for every session. Latecomers are not allowed into class

  • We expect all students to submit their assignments/projects on time

  • Students failing to achieve a minimum of 90% attendance are not eligible for placements/internships from IIDE

  • If you miss a lesson, regardless of the reason, we cannot give a refund or allow you to take the lesson at another time unless IIDE Education Private Limited team has decided to do so due to the majority of students having examinations

  • Photographs and Filming

  • Classes cannot be filmed or otherwise recorded in any way without the permission (in writing) of the CEO

  • IIDE Education Private Limited may use film or still photographs of students for promotional purposes

  • You must inform the school in writing before your course starts if you will not allow us to use such images

  • Other

  • IIDE Education Private Limited strictly adheres to the published age limits for courses but reserves the right to accept students who are slightly younger than the advertised minimum age. Applications from students outside the published age limits are treated on a case by case basis

  • In very rare circumstances, the stated maximum class size might be exceeded. If this does happen, it will only be by 5 persons and for a very limited period

  • The school reserves the right to cancel or alter a course. If we do so, we will offer either an alternative course or a refund

  • The school reserves the right to change teachers at any time during the course to maintain teaching standards & quality

  • The school reserves the right to alter session dates or batch start dates. It generally happens because of exams conducted by various universities

  • Post Graduate classes take place at IIDE Hear Quarters In Andheri

  • The Managers of the school reserve the right at their absolute discretion to refuse any application for enrolment of a student at any stage of the application or booking process. The school shall be under no obligation whatsoever to give reasons for the decision of the Managers. If an enrollment is refused, all paid fees will be refunded

  • Students have to pay for any damage they cause at the school

  • Please keep a copy of the transaction record

  • The website is subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
