The Challenge

Digitas is an integrated advertising agency within Publicis Groupe, They use a blend of media, creative, data, and technology to deliver modern marketing solutions. Its headquartered in Boston, USA.

Digitas wanted their account management, content creation & design teams to stay up to date with the latest industry trends & developments. To achieve this objective, they associated themselves with IIDE.

The Solution

To satisfy the requirements of Digitas, IIDE created a customized curriculum to deliver a learning experience relevant to the needs of Digitas.

The concepts were made simple & using examples from the industry helped the teams comprehend the information better.

Each team received tailored training customized to their specific needs:

  • Account Management & Planning teams – Jargon & terms used in digital marketing, tools for auditing & reporting, search & social media marketing etc.
  • Content creation team – Copywriting, Writing SEO-optimized content, etc.
  • Design Team – Guidelines for art direction on digital platforms, etc.
  • Additionally, the training was delivered with a pre-training evaluation & ended with a post-training intervention.

    100+ participants from each team were trained in online live mode. The training was spread over a span of 30 days.

    The Result

    All 3 teams felt that their unique needs were catered to. They believed their work output would improve after undergoing IIDE’s training.

    The merging of theoretical knowledge with a practical approach, making it relevant for the current market scenario was something participants liked the most.

    93% of the participants believed the training was relevant to their work and aided them in developing their digital strategies

    The participants truly enjoyed the social media marketing and google analytics module
