The Challenge
Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) is a British global advertising agency. The company is part of the international agency group Publicis. They are a creative agency obsessed with making brands more valuable.
BBH knew that the best way to compete in today’s digital landscape is to have a team which is up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. That’s why they collaborated with IIDE to level up the digital marketing knowledge of their account management & planning team.
The Solution
IIDE framed a tailor-made curriculum to cater to the needs of the account management & planning team of BBH. To make the various concepts of digital marketing easy to digest the training was divided into 2 parts:
1) Digital Marketing 101 – Basic Digital Marketing jargon & terms, copywriting & guidelines for making thumb-stopping creatives, basics of search & social media marketing etc.
2) Advanced Digital Marketing – Advanced SEO, Paid Ads, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Media Planning, Google Ads & Remarketing etc.
47 participants from the account planning teams were trained in live online mode. The 40+ hour training was spread over 20 days.
The Result
The training helped the marketing teams to understand how they could scale their ongoing initiatives and make a larger impact on their audience.
All the participants loved the training program and voted for improvement in their skills as they got to learn new technologies which they will apply in their marketing campaigns.
93% of the participants believed the training was relevant to their work and aided them in developing their digital strategies
