Marketing Strategy Of Yellow AI

Yellow AI has recently rebranded itself as Yellow AI as mentioned previously, they have a unique marketing strategy which we will read about shortly.

Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning

In modern marketing, segmentation, targeting, and positioning are well-known strategic approaches. It is one of the most widely used marketing models, with marketing executives complimenting it for facilitating efficient and simplified communication.

Segmentation- While there hasn’t been much emphasis on segmentation, the target audience is major e-commerce enterprises that want assistance with customer relationship management.

Targeting- Their target customers are major consumer-facing businesses with a strong need for customer involvement.

Positioning- Yellow AI’s CX automation platform is agile, scalable, and resilient, making it superior to its competitors. Compared to Google Dialogflow and Microsoft Luis, their technology provides more accurate results with half the data. They are not simply better; they are it.

Marketing Campaign

Marketing Strategy of Yellow AI - Campaign 1

Yellow.ai is the world’s most comprehensive experience automation platform, delivering automation for 1000+ worldwide clients across text and audio channels in over 120 languages. They haven’t conducted several marketing initiatives, but they had approximately 100 clients before the pandemic; nonetheless, in the previous 18 months, their customer base has grown from 100 to over 900. This indicates that their strategy is successful and efficient.

Yellow AI provided automated customer support with Free Whatsapp and Omnichannel Chatbot for people to have a demo and a basic knowledge about their software support system and how it will help their enterprise in customer relationship management.

Marketing Strategy of Yellow AI - Campaign 2

As previously stated, their second endeavour was to rename themselves from “Yellow Messages” to Yellow AI for their new identity, they sought to keep their brand salience while distancing themselves from the text-only connotation, in accordance with the platform’s strong move toward automation first, spanning chat and voice. As a result, they kept yellow, dropped messenger, and added AI, which is at the heart of our product; thus, Yellow AI was born.
