About National Housing Bank,  

NHB was established in 1988 with an objective to operate as a principal agency to promote housing finance institutions both at local and regional levels and to provide financial and other support incidental to such institutions and for matters connected therewith.

The Finance Act, of 2019 has amended the National Housing Bank Act, of 1987. The amendment confers the powers of regulation of Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) to the Reserve Bank of India.

NHB registers and supervises Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), keeps surveillance through On-site & Off-site Mechanisms and coordinates with other Regulators.

Segmentation: National Housing Bank is a world-renowned bank. Hence, the company provides micro-financial services as well as macro-financial services. Micro-financial services include serving individuals as well as small businesses that lack access to conventional banking-related services. The bank carries out

Targeting: Since National Housing Bank is a bank, its major target is the people interested in banking services. Other than that, the target could be other financial firms and institutions interested in acquiring financial services. Individuals demanding services like student loans or vehicle loans are potential customers for the bank as well. Companies that would want investors are also potential targets of the bank.

Positioning shows where your product and goods stand with other company products that sell products that are comparable to yours. American Express positions itself as a bank that is simple to use, convenient, and safe. Because their clients are seen as wealthy, they employ a premium positioning technique.


Marketing Campaigns

National Housing Bank does not have a great online presence even though they haven’t conducted any kind of campaign. They don’t conduct any kind of advertisement campaign to promote their company. 

National Housing Bank can use the same marketing techniques as its competitors are using. The marketing campaign which they can follow from their competitors is advertising on television, launching an advertisement in newspapers, launching a short corporate film, and other marketing ideas.

National Housing Bank can launch such advertisements and other media campaigns to increase its presence in India.


Social Media Marketing

The National Housing Bank is not active on social media sites except Twitter where the bank regularly tweets about the latest happenings. They can only be found on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Facebook: 100+ people follow their page. We are not sure whether the page is authentic or not.

Linkedin: NHB has LinkedIn followers of 6.2k. They have only had a few posts to date. They are not even active on their LinkedIn profile.

Instagram: No account found. They don’t have any profiles on Instagram to date.

Twitter: NHB has more than 4k followers on Twitter.

They are not active on other social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram since it is a regulatory body and is directly connected with the government of the country.


SEO Strategy

Marketing Strategy of National Housing Bank - SEO

According to the ubersuggest traffic analyzer, National Housing Bank has a very good SEO strategy and an amazing amount of keywords which is excellent. To put it differently, good SEO boosts your online presence. This suggests that as more people visit your website, the more online traffic you will have and therefore the more probable you will be ready to offer your product or service to a broader audience. Also, they have a good number of organic visitors every month which makes their SEO marketing and strategy very strong.

The bank has a website where it provides supervision, finance, eServices, the latest News regarding the bank and quite other information which can be utilized by individuals who are interested in NHB. 

NHB does not have any product, it sells banking services to other banks and works as a regulatory body of the nation.


Mobile Apps

National Housing Bank does not have any mobile app which provides services to the client. They do have a website through which their potential clients can contact them. 


Content Marketing Strategies

National Housing Bank Limited does not use any content marketing strategies and they are not active in this section of posting different articles on their website. They do say about their achievements on their website and the growth strategy they are going to imply in future.
