A Glimpse of the Learning Management System

The Challenge

Kinnect is one of India’s largest digital marketing agencies. It’s a full-service digital agency that uses the best of media & creatives to deliver the best possible results to their clients.

Kinnect nearly doubled its workforce within a span of a year. In this phase of quick hiring, Kinnect wanted to ensure that all its new employees were sharp & equipped with up-to-date knowledge in digital marketing.

IIDE was brought on to bridge this gap.

The Solution

IIDE provided Kinnect with a video content-loaded Learning Management System (LMS) that allowed them to manage, organize, & deliver online training material to their current & new employees.

The LMS was preloaded with customized video content along with relevant quizzes, assignments & exams at the end of every module.

The modules covered topics that employees at Kinnect would use in their daily working
A few are as follows:
– Paid Media
– Campaign Planning

Along with all this, IIDE provided them with a success partner to run daily logistics & motivate learners. To keep track of all learning, batch-wise & individual-level(weekly & monthly) analytics & reporting was bundled with the LMS.

Certificates were awarded to candidates on successful completion of the program.

The Result

Kinnect hit its target of aggressively expanding its workforce & the aid provided by IIDE made the entire onboarding process seamless & ensured that all the new employees hit the ground running and delivered results as desired.

Furthermore, the employees appreciated the refresher of knowledge they received via LMS & felt that it enhanced the output of their work.

91% of employees believed that the LMS enhanced their output at work.

95% of the staff voted that the LMS is user & learning friendly.

The LMS got a staggering 4.8/5 rating from the employees.
