The Challenge

Mobil India is one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies in India, they are head-quartered in Bengaluru. They offer a complete range of lubricants for industries across the spectrum.

After the effects of the pandemic faded, Mobil conducted a 4 days long conference for their employees from Pan India in Mumbai. They partnered with IIDE – Indian Institute of Digital Education for an offline workshop to train their marketing & sales teams. On their “Learning day Out”, IIDE helped upskill cross-disciplinary teams at Mobil in Digital Marketing, Analysis & Reporting Tools & Presentation skills.

The Solution

IIDE created a training flow which resonated with the needs of Mobil’s sales and marketing team. The approach was to explicate the advantages of Digital Marketing, expose the learners to various tools and help them understand global online reach and visibility. Among the various modules taught during the training, key performance indicators and influencing consumer behavior at each phase of the consumer journey were the most popular.

The audience was lively and quick, debates were encouraged as 40+ individuals were trained concurrently in Digital Marketing, Analysis and reporting tools & Presentation skills.

The Result

The response was overwhelmingly positive. The participants came up with their real time struggles and opened up new discussions with the trainers. Now they look forward to an in-depth Advanced training module to bring their team up to speed.
