Home decor in India is synonymous with Asian Paints; they are a well known Multinational Company headquartered in Mumbai. Apart from their superior quality products, they are famous for their Ad campaigns, endorsements and creative strategies.

Recently they increased their marketing budget by four folds and wanted the army of Brand Managers to be at the top of their game. They recognized how important it was to upskill their workforce in Digital Marketing.

The Solution

In 2019, Asian Paints had partnered with IIDE to initiate its marketing teams into the Digital Landscape. IIDEpro’s emphasis on constantly evolving training curriculum in sync with latest trends and best practices captivated Asian Paints to partner with us for Digital Marketing Training 2.0 in 2022.

Our content experts seamlessly stitched Asian Paints case studies and campaigns into the training program, as per the need and expectation of the brand, to encourage open forums of discussion amongst the brand managers on what was done and how the next campaigns could be optimized for greater success.

Over 30 Brand Managers were trained into the latest concepts of Digital Marketing. The day was filled with rigorous training and some fun activities.
