The Challenge

Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) is a British global advertising agency. The company is part of the international agency group Publicis. They are a creative agency obsessed with making brands more valuable.

BBH knew that the best way to compete in today’s digital landscape is to have a team which is up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. That’s why they collaborated with IIDE to level up the digital marketing knowledge of their account management & planning team.

The Solution

IIDE framed a tailor-made curriculum to cater to the needs of the account management & planning team of BBH. To make the various concepts of digital marketing easy to digest the training was divided into 2 parts:

  1. Digital Marketing 101 – Basic Digital Marketing jargon & terms, copywriting & guidelines for making thumb-stopping creatives, basics of search & social media marketing etc.
  2. Advanced Digital Marketing – Advanced SEO, Paid Ads, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Media Planning, Google Ads & Remarketing etc.
  3. 47 participants from the account planning teams were trained in live online mode. The 40+ hour training was spread over 20 days.

Marketing Managers from across the globe were trained virtually on Zoom. The 20+ hours training program was spread over 1.5 months to ensure better understanding and retention of content amongst the learners.

The Result

The account management & planning team of BBH felt that they got a fresh perspective on how to use digital channels to achieve their business goals. All the participants were satisfied with the training & agreed that the training was customized to meet their unique needs.

92% participants believed that the training allowed them to see digital marketing in a new light.

86% participants adored the training methodology.

After going through the training the participants gave it a rating of 4.8/5.
