Way more.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In a casual conversation with his mentor, Mr. Rohan Mehta, CEO of one of India’s largest digital marketing agencies, Kinnect, Karan learned that digital agencies are facing a huge issue hiring senior managers. Managers or senior managers are supposed to not only have technical digital skills but also managerial capabilities with great communication skills. Skilled candidates who can strategize business plans with the management and those who can adopt a hands-on approach while guiding their teams to accomplish company goals — very rare to find and at most times would take more than 20 interviews to fit the right fit. Hence realising a huge gap in the talent market.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This meant that although IIDE was imparting the best training for executives in Digital skills for Business, it was now time to create dynamic </span><b><i>MANAGERS</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This new discovery came as an exciting challenge and as always, IIDE made the most of it by deciding to offer the best value to his students.&nbsp;</span></p><h2><b>Our new offerings for 2020</b></h2><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">IIDE moves from just a training institute to</span> <b>India’s 1st Digital Focussed College</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> –</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> upgrading from short six-month courses to full-fledged year-long Post-Graduate Programmes for graduates and entrepreneurs.
