- In our latest Super Saturday, we hosted a session on Community Building with Vijay Thomas - Marketing Head at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Hero MotoCorp.
- During the session, Vijay shared the success stories of how Harley Davidson manages to keep their audience engaged every time they do a new launch.
- Here are a few of the highlights from the session :
Storytelling - It plays a huge part in helping the audience understand your point better as It’s not about only publishing a content piece, It’s the story behind it that appeals to the audience. - If you want to excel in the digital industry and create good campaigns, you really need to love the product and know the ins n outs of the brand.
- One of the best ways to boost audience engagement is by observing your audience. Don’t just assume that sharing information is enough, Engage with your audience and get creative every time.
- This Super Session was definitely a great opportunity to learn about how to build a community and how to keep the community engaged.
- A huge shoutout to Vijay for making us love every second of the session, I believe IIDE - Indian Institute of Digital Education students are now convinced that it's very important to connect your story with the audience and always find the opportunity to engage them as well.
