IIDE Super Session Topic
- IIDE – Indian Institute of Digital Education hosted a Guest Session with Dhruv Warrior – National Creative Director at FoxyMoron on Creative Communication. He started the session on how unexpected and weird connections can make a good campaign.
- He spoke about how one needs to use media and human insight to find these connections and be brave enough to use them in their campaigns.
- He walked us through great existing campaigns where brands had built weird connections through religion, culture, innovation, gaming, & more. And cited examples of the campaigns done by brands like Burger King, Nike, Sherbank, HP Lubricants, Xbox Game Studios Publishing, IKEA, and many more that have managed to build unexpected connections.
- Towards the end of the session, he spoke about how it is important to make a brand relevant today and how the beauty of advertising & marketing is to push the boundaries of the box presented to us.
