Behavior is strongly influenced by unconscious thought, but it is often more predictable than you might expect. Understanding the foundations of human cognition would help explain and anticipate user behavior.
Anjali Deswandikar is a Design Strategist and Creative Consultant with over 17 years of work experience and expertise in User Experience Design and Visual Design. She conducted a talk on Human Mind and Usability in Design at IIDE Andheri Campus.
