Lead Corporate Training
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognize large companies in India, who are still dependent on traditional forms of marketing and are looking to upskill their staff
- To help HR and L&D departments recognize areas of digital training needed at all levels (executive, managerial and CXO)
- Overlook all marketing efforts being made by IIDE to recognize potential corporate training clients
- Overlook all reach outs and followups made to leads and ensure a relevant pitch/training outline is proposed to them
- Share and suggest after-sales services to clients to ensure the training is imparted by IIDE is helping their employees achieve their targets more efficiently and hence making them a recurring customer for IIDE
- Ensure profitability of the team basis KPIs set with the management
Prerequisites:
- 2-4 years of experience as Corporate Communications personnel or Digital Marketing Lead
- Should be aware of how various digital marketing technicalities work such as Email Marketing, SEO, LinkedIn Marketing and other forms of SMM
- Should be able to draw insights from marketing efforts on the basis of data (CTR Conversion rates, etc
- Should be able to lead a team Corporate communication associates
- Assign and Overlook their daily task
- Responsibility of scaling the corporate communication business and recognise new avenues
- Ability to work independently following companies’ guidelines and protocols
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and connections across the Industry
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong networking skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Other Prerequisites:
- Would be preferred if, hands-on knowledge of various digital marketing technicalities such as Email Marketing, SEO, LinkedIn Marketing and other forms of SMM
- Comfortable in analyzing data and presenting it through powerpoint presentation and excel reports
Education:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, bachelor’s degree in English or
Marketing or Communications or Public Relations
