Student Placement Officer

Job Profile

Job Function:

  • Reach out to agencies, local brands, other clients and onboard them for hiring from us
  • Understand the hiring requirements of the associated Digital/Media Agencies and cater to them with the relevant candidates
  • Look for job opportunities for the students on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
  • Send weekly job openings to the ongoing batches for the pre-placement opportunities
  • Shortlisting candidates for the relevant job openings, forwarding their profiles, and Following up with the recruiters
  • Organizing career guidance, resume screening sessions for the students
  • Screening students before Mock Presentations & Placement Drive on the eligibility criteria i.e. attendance & assignments
  • Scheduling mock presentations before the placement drive
  • Organizing Placement drives for the students towards the end of the course
  • Inviting companies for Placement Drives as Jury
  • Mentoring candidates for the job interviews, guiding them on making their resumes constructive and creative
  • Submitting monthly Placement report to the management


Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
  • Should be well versed with Google Tools/Softwares (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Agencies and various departments into it
  • Proficient LinkedIn user



  • Graduation– Any stream
  • Written and Verbal communication in English language is a must

Location: Andheri West (Currently WFH)
