We at IIDE – Indian Institute of Digital Education recently conducted a Resume Building Workshop with Sharang Dhaimade, Interviewer & Student counsellor at top B-Schools.
He taught students how to create one page optimized resume for enhanced job search, how to make focus applications to universities abroad, and how to crack the applicant tracking system.
He showed students the reviewing process from recruiters point of view and how a student can make his/her resume aligned to his/her career goals. He taught CAR approach which a lot of students found interesting and a useful tip.
He not only shared tips on how to make resume stand out but also gave sample resumes as reference and 700+ action verbs to create an impactful resume.
